At One Byte Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable).
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@onebytelabs.zohodesk.in and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products, downloadable files, software licenses, eBooks, digital courses, and memberships that have been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products returned without original packaging.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business days after approval.
  • Banks, payment gateways, and card issuers may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • An incorrect item was shipped by One Byte Labs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
